Return & Refund Policy

We take pride in the quality of our hand-poured candles and want you to be happy with your purchase.


Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives defective.


Damaged or Defective Items
If your candle arrives damaged unfortunately one the products leave from our company we are no longer responsible for the package, you would need to reach out to the delivery company. Defective items may be exchanged, please contact us within 
48 hours of deliverywith your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement.


Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Order Issues
If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please reach out to us as soon as possible 
(72 hours of delivery) so we can make it right.
