Order Processing
All candles are hand-poured and carefully prepared. Please allow 
[5-7 business days] for order processing before shipment. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotions.


Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We currently ship to

Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist when possible.


Damaged Items
If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 
48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist with a replacement.


Weather Disclaimer
Extreme temperatures may affect candles during transit. We are not responsible for minor melting or cosmetic changes due to weather conditions.
